Mark Steward is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 13 years in the North Carolina market and a reputation built on excellence, integrity, and deep commitment to his clients.

Before real estate, Mark spent three decades in international travel and luxury hospitality, serving as a Caribbean hotel executive and pioneering villa sales strategies across the region. That background shaped how he works today: hospitality-grade service, a global network, and an instinct for what makes a property valuable to the people who live in it.

Beyond the office, Mark is a longtime advocate for the arts and education in the Triangle: nine years on the board of United Arts of Wake County, eight seasons on stage in Theatre in the Park's A Christmas Carol, and a decade with the Miss North Carolina Scholarship Organization's state committee.

Alex holds a Master of Management Studies from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Entrepreneurship from UNC-Chapel Hill.

A licensed North Carolina broker, he works in real estate investment consulting and analysis: market research, rental-yield analysis, and tailored acquisition strategies.

He co-founded Domus Consulting to give international investors clear strategy and trusted execution in the U.S., and brings that same investor's discipline to every home the team manages locally.
